It all began with our founder, Luke. Growing up in Birmingham, UK, Luke faced challenges that shaped his determination to create a better future. Through sheer grit and vision, he escaped the odds, climbing the ranks in the tech world and working with some of the most successful businesses on the planet.
Luke’s career took him to the upper echelons of the industry, where he recently was the Tech Lead of Growth at Bitvavo, the #1 spot trading exchange in the Netherlands, Bitvavo was recognized as the Fastest Growing Company in 2021 by Deloitte’s Fast 50 award. Prior to that, he honed his expertise at McCann, the world’s #1 advertising agency according to the Effie Index working with clients such as Bentley, Vauxhall, Opel to name a few. He also worked with other many 7-, 8-, and 9-figure businesses to drive unparalleled success.
But for Luke, success wasn’t just about numbers—it was about meaning. He made a conscious decision to shift his focus toward a higher purpose: building something that not only drives results but also makes a positive impact. This led to the creation of Karmic, a digital marketing agency rooted in the principles of Tibetan karma and the endless knot—a symbol of the interconnectedness of all actions and their ripple effects.
